Please click on  "Remote Tech Support" link above,

          1. If you are using Internet Explorer, at the bottom of the page click on "Run"

           2  If you are using Google Chrome there will be a small box on the lower left hand side of this page.    When the download completes, please click on it.  Select "Run". 

When the program has finished initializing, it will display to two sets of numbers.  One is ID, and the other is the password.  Please provide your technician with both sets of numbers, one set at a time.
