Teacher Coaches
Instructional Support Personnel serve as coaches for Classroom Teachers. Instructional Support Personnel are responsible for creating Staff Development Calendars. Each Staff Development is designed to prepare Teachers to engage students with Standard-Based Learning in their classrooms. In addition, they are designed to prepare teachers to effectively teach High-Risk, EL learners and Special Education Students.
Resource Specialists
Resource Specialists provide pullout support for special education students. They collaborate with classroom teachers to provide instructional support, conduct IEP meetings and write new IEP goals for students.
Technology Support
There are eight Computer Stations in each classroom that are serviced and updated as needed by S.E.A. Charter High School Technology Department.
Regional Supervisors
Provide operational and maintenance support for any classroom related needs.
Serve as consultants of administrative support to the sites to ensure a safe and orderly environment at all sites.
Student Support Services Specialist (S4)
S4’s serve as liaisons between school staff, students and Community Based Organizations (CBO’s) and other organizations.
