Mission Statement
To provide a series of highly structured outdoor programs in a wilderness environment for youth at risk of gangs, drugs and violence and the staff that service them. We believe that by helping strengthen the teamwork of the staff and enhancing the commitment of the staff to the youth, burnout can be reduced and commitment can be strengthened.

Through collaboration with Atlantic Recovery Services and Pacific Clinics, Soledad Enrichment Action, Inc. provides students in the S.E.A. Charter School with the following substance abuse related services:
- Outreach and assessments;
- Individual treatment plans;
- Crisis intervention;
- Individual and group counseling;
- Non-medical dual diagnosis treatment and recovery services;
- 12-step groups;
- Referral
